SAMPLING AND DECOMMISSIONING

Ready to Work
Soil Solutions provides soil sampling, and decommissioning for regulated and non-regulated gasoline, diesel and waste oil storage tanks. Our Oregon and Washington certified field technicians are prepared for any size tank, above or below ground, with any type of fuel, including bunker, PS300, heating oil, and gasoline. Tank contents are removed and the interior is thoroughly cleaned. Working with a trusted Pacific Northwest oil collector and recycler we ensure proper waste disposal in compliance with environmental regulations and standards. When called for, proper disposal of removed tanks and state-approved disposal of contaminated soil is provided.

Equipped with Expertise

We have experience with a wide range of commercial sites, from historic service stations with dispenser islands and underground fuel piping to agricultural sites including farms, nurseries, and vineyards. We have also performed multi-tank decommission and cleanup projects for Portland, David Douglas, Eugene, and Hood River School districts.

Compliance Start to Finish
As a licensed Underground Storage Tank (UST) service provider in Oregon and Washington, our field technicians are in full compliance with state and federal requirements as UST-licensed supervisors. We take care of the sampling, decommissioning, and any cleanup needed on-site as well as the necessary off-site paperwork including the notifications, checklists, and regulatory reports to bring your site to a status of No Further Action
from the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality or the Washington Department of Ecology.
